CUSTOMER LOYALTY GIFT CERTIFICATE PROMOTION RULES

1. Customer Loyalty Gift certificates will be earned for all on line orders of $130.00 or more placed between October 6, 2009 and December 31, 2009 on mrsbeasleys.com. The $130.00 threshold is based on the total product order after application of any discounts and before the inclusion of taxes or shipping charges. No Customer Loyalty Gift Certificate will be awarded for orders placed on the 800 number, via FAX or E-mail, at Mrs. Beasley’s retail stores or through third party affiliates offering Mrs. Beasley’s products for sale on their web sites.

2. All products that can be ordered directly on mrsbeasleys.com qualify for the Gift Certificate $130 threshold calculation. Special order or retail-only items that have to be called in do not qualify.

3. Only one Customer Loyalty Gift Certificate will be sent to any single individual, family, household or e-mail address regardless of the size of the order or the number of orders placed during the promotional period.

4. Customer Loyalty Gift certificates with unique numbers will be e-mailed to qualifying buyers between Jan 1st to 10th of 2010 and can be redeemed on-line at mrsbeasleys.com between January 10th and February 28th, 2010. Products ordered using a Customer Loyalty Gift Certificate must ship by April, 30, 2010. The determination of eligibility is final and will be made solely by Mrs. Beasley's.

5. Customer Loyalty Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on-line for products shipped to yourself or a third party. They cannot be redeemed for products picked up at Retail stores or hand delivered by messengers. All products sold on MrsBeasleys.com or MissGrace.com are qualified for purchase using the Customer Loyalty Gift Certificate.

6. The $20.00 Customer Loyalty Gift Certificate is valid on orders of $25.00 or more. The $20 credit amount will be applied towards the product purchase up to the amount of purchase before any taxes or shipping charges are added. For example, if a $30 product were purchased, the $20 would be deducted from the $30 and the net cost to you would be $10 plus shipping. If a $15 product were purchased the gift certificate would not be applied and would remain in your shopping cart until you made a purchase of $25.00 or more or the Gift Certificate expired.

7. The redemption of the Customer Loyalty Gift Certificate cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. It cannot be applied to sale merchandise or discounted orders.
